Sessions

1. Clients are expected to create a private and undisturbed space for the session. This allows for clear delivery and full receptivity of divine information.

2. Clients are responsible for providing correct birth details (Date, Time, and Location). A lot of work goes into preparing for each reading. If information is found to be inaccurate at any point, the session will need to be rescheduled.

3. Sophia Astrology provides services for the spiritual development of the native. Sophia is not a licensed medical, legal, financial, or psychological professional. Sessions are NOT a substitute for therapy, psychiatric treatment, or crisis support. If you are experiencing severe mental health distress, trauma, or legal and financial crisis, please contact a licensed professional service. Clients are entirely responsible for their wellbeing, choices and outcomes following a session and how they choose to use the information provided.

4. Sophia’s role is to interpret the birth chart based on the data provided. She is not responsible for difficult or challenging fixed star placements—these are tied to your birth details and not under her control.

5. Astrology is not a shortcut to magical solutions. Certain karmas cannot be "fixed," and Sophia can only offer guidance on how to navigate them with grace through strengths she identifies in your chart. She does not recommend gemstones and encourages self-development over quick fixes.

6. Sophia doesn't discuss the following in sessions:
a. Timing/cause of death
b. Gender of unborn children
c. Matchmaking for marriage
d. Politics
e. Readings for third parties

Privacy

1. Recordings remain the property of Sophia Astrology, and are not permitted to be shared publicly. All sessions are recorded for:
a. Sending a copy to clients upon request
b. Ensuring professional conduct and safety online

2. Your personal and payment details are used only for scheduling and communication. If you select "Marketing Communication" during booking, you may receive newsletters and exclusive offers when available. No spam—ever.

3. All personal information is kept strictly confidential and managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Cancel
&
Refund

1. For cancellations and rescheduling at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Waiting periods may vary depending on availability. 

2. Refunds are issued through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

3. If internet issues interrupt the session, it may be completed on another day/time of your choice at no extra cost. However, a refund is not offered.

4. Every astrologer brings a unique voice and lens to a birth chart, making your experience subjective. Once the session is complete and the service is delivered, refunds are not provided.

5. Sophia reserves the right to decline any reading, without obligation to explain. In such instances, a full refund will be issued promptly.

6. Sophia may update her services, pricing, or offerings at any time. Booked sessions will not be impacted by the change.
